Introduction Customer's interested in purchasing merchandise from MH T Zone online shop should understand and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order.
How to Order and Delivery
We require customers to accurately provide their name, contact and address information for shipment arrangement.
In the event that delivery could not be completed due to an error in the customer's data entry, we will bear no responsibility. If the customer would like to have the order re-shipped to the correct address, then we will ask the customer to pay the actual, full price of the shipping costs. Order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been submitted. Although we strive to ship your order within 15 business days from the day it was received payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and days in which we are closed for business), depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed. (Items from the MH T Zone may take additional time for production). We ask that customers please investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into their country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into the customer's country, we cannot accept responsibility for the item. We cannot provide any refunds or exchanges to the customer for the item or cost of delivery. We reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one unit. Orders to countries and regions other than Hong Kong will be sent by Post Office.
Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping and handling charges are set based on the total amount of ordered merchandise and those charges include the (Post Office) postage and insurance fees, etc. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise.
If an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we will subtract the actual amount of the (Post Office) shipping costs from the item subtotal before making a refund.
Payment The amount charged to the customer will be the total sum of the merchandise plus the shipping charges. We accept payment by credit card or paydollar. Fore more details regarding payment, please contact directly your credit card company or paydollar. In the event of a credit card order, please use a credit card that is in your own name. If you use a credit card that is not in your name, our company may refuse your order(s) without prior notice. Credit card and paydollar settlements will be made in USD.
Payment Method & Security
For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online. The online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - 128-bit SSL encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted. 3-D Secure authentication is also supported such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
Data Privacy
We are committed to protect the privacy of customers information. We will not sell, exchange or lease out the information of the customers (including name, email address, mail address, telephone number, credit card details and transaction records) to any third party.
Customs Duties and Export Certificates
Orders may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees in some countries or regions. In this case, the Customer (or the recipient if the merchandise is not shipped to the Customer) should be responsible for the payment of for any such taxes or fees. In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to trouble or processing at customs, we bear no responsibility for this situation. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
Returns and Exchanges To be eligible for return and/or exchange of merchandise, customers must contact MH T Zone with information regarding the items wished to be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by e-mail or by FAX. After contact, we will only accept returns of items that we have confirmed for return. (Please ship the confirmed return items back to us within 7 days.)
We will not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if customers contact us after the 14-day period is over, or returns the merchandise to us without prior notice.
< Returns > 1.In the case of "Circumstances Arising with MH T Zone." [(1) - (3) as follows]
(1)The merchandise is different in style from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment).
(2)The merchandise is defective.
(3)The merchandise is damaged.
We will reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred. * In the event of a return of set merchandise (ex. 2-Piece Set, or an Ensemble), please include all items in the set in the condition that it was delivered in when making the return. If even 1 item is missing from the set (or, an included item or accessory), we will not be able to process your return.
We do not accept returns in the following cases. Customer has not informed MH T Zone about returns/exchanges within 14 days after the receipt of the merchandise Items that have been used or worn once Merchandise without the original case or package Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the Customer Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included) Merchandise where the tags have been removed by the Customer Merchandise where the shape has been changed by the trial fitting (ex. a stretched neck line or cuffs)
< Exchanges > In the case of "Circumstances Arising" with MH T Zone [(1) - (3) as follows]
(1) The merchandise is different in style from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment).
(2) The merchandise is defective.
(3) The merchandise is damaged.
We will reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred.
Please inform us in advance if you wish to make an exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for the merchandise. In the case of "Circumstances Arising with MH T Zone", the customer must pay in advance for shipping charges. Collect/Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Upon arrival of the returned merchandise, we will ship the new merchandise.
Refund through the credit card or paydollar account that was used to purchase the merchandise.
The merchandise or shipping refund will be made through the credit card or debit card company, or paydollar account that was used to purchase the merchandise. In the event of a refund through a credit card or paydollar exchange rates applied to the amount billed for the merchandise and shipping and handling charges may differ from those at refund. Thus, there may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences. Refunds made through paydollar will not experience any differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate differences. Also, please note that in the event of a credit card refund, depending on the different monthly deadlines of processing and pay dates, it may take as long as 2 months for the refund to process; for paydollar may make take from a few days, to the maximum of 10 days for the refund to finish processing.
Others
Members should immediately log into www.mhconcepts.com.hk and amend your personal details if any changes in your registered information with us, such as name and address details, have incurred. We have the right to cancel the registration of a Customer at any time if:
(1)The customer does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
(2)The customer has been a nuisance of caused interference or damage to other customers or Navibird, or committed any acts of fraudulence.
(3)The customer has not placed an order with us for over one year.
(4)Any other circumstances in which MH Concepts Limited determines that the customer should be disqualified. MH Concepts Limited will not be responsible for any damages incurred except for those resulting from the purchase contract between the Customer and MH Concepts Limited may suspend this mail-order service in an unavoidable situation arises. In this case, the purchase contract already in effect will continue to apply under these terms and conditions. We will not use customer information registered pursuant to these terms and conditions for any purposes other than the sale of our merchandise and provision of merchandise information via website and international mail.
MH Concepts Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
