Q1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order should be shipped from our warehouse by the second business day after we have confirmed a successful payment transaction. You should receive your order within 5 business days. However, it will take longer if your order is sent during public holidays.

Q3. Why haven't I received a reply from you?
We shall reply to all orders and inquiries, but please keep in mind that we cannot avoid letters sent as junk mail when customers use YAHOO or other free mailbox service. Incidently, our replies could have been moved into your junk mailbox, so please check or you can contact us by phone if you haven’t receive our reply yet.

You will receive our confirmation letter by email after the transaction is success. We recommended you keep the email, while you want to check the order.
Q3. Why my online credit card transaction was declined?
Your credit card bank system is busy or the internet information system congested, transaction time is over the time limit and will a cause a confirmation system failure.
The credit card details you entered are incorrect: credit card numbers, expiry date, non-active cards or card is already expired.
Your credit card is over the limits allowed; please kindly contact your bank as to increase the credit limited.

Q1. How much will the shipping cost be?
We base the cost on local Post Office rate for all purchases. We will send your order as a free shipping service if you purchase over HK$1,000. (Hong Kong only)
Q2. How can I change the delivery address?
Please contact us immediately after placing the order. Please be mindful of the address and that your personal information is accurate. We cannot change the delivery destination once the shipping is processed.
